Located in the Conduit building — formerly a members-only space — this venue is now entering a new chapter with several ambitious projects underway. While full details are still under wraps, the team includes some of Oslo’s most respected bartenders and chefs.
The group behind Manka previously worked at Aymara, a restaurant many in Oslo have missed since its closure. Their new concept presents a refined interpretation of Peruvian flavours, with a menu that balances tradition, clarity and modern technique.
