This most recent event holds a special meaning for me. It was not only about gathering friends but also about meeting people I have followed and admired over time. Food brought us together, yet the evening was equally about style, conversation and building a community of men who support one another.

The atmosphere felt almost cinematic — like stepping into a scene from GoldenEye. A tuxedo dinner in a private room inside the old American Embassy, paired with some of the best food in Oslo, created a true James Bond moment.

It was my first hosted evening with Vinland, and it could not have gone better. The night included a private five-course dinner with wine pairing, a guided tour of the historic building and even a visit to the wine cellar. More than a dinner, it became a space for men to connect, share interests and speak openly, including about men’s mental health.

A sincere thank-you to Oskar, Charif (Head Chef) and the entire Vinland team for making it possible. And thank you to everyone who attended — your presence made the evening unforgettable.
