Focus Minute (“the App”) is developed by Eatbyle. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app. The short version: we don’t collect any of your data.

The App stores your game statistics (such as scores, XP, streaks, and session counts) and preferences (such as sound, haptics, and duration settings) locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This data:

  • Never leaves your device
  • Is not transmitted to any server
  • Is not accessible to us or any third party
  • Is fully deleted when you uninstall the app

Third-Party Services

Focus Minute does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services. No data is shared with or sold to third parties.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The App does not use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or any other tracking technologies.

Children’s Privacy

Focus Minute does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for users of all ages.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored exclusively on your device, you can delete all app data at any time simply by uninstalling Focus Minute. No data exists on external servers because none is ever collected or transmitted.
