By downloading or using the Eatbyle app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. About Eatbyle
Eatbyle is an application operated from Norway, allowing users to save and manage favorite restaurants.
2. Use of the App
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Eatbyle is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
3. Subscriptions (Eatbyle Pro)
Eatbyle offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock additional features (“Eatbyle Pro”).
4. Billing and Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal
5. Managing or Canceling Subscriptions
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
- Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription
6. Restore Purchases
Subscriptions can be restored using the Restore Purchases option within the app.
7. Free Trials (if offered)
If a free trial is offered:
- Any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchase
- Free trials are subject to Apple’s terms
8. Data and Privacy
Eatbyle stores user-generated data locally on the device only. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eatbyle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
10. Changes to Terms
Eatbyle may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
