Terms & Conditions (Google Play)

By downloading or using the Eatbyle app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. ABOUT EATBYLE

Eatbyle is a mobile application operated from Norway that allows users to save and manage their favorite restaurants and food places.

2. USE OF THE APP

The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Eatbyle is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS (EATBYLE PRO)

Eatbyle offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock additional features (“Eatbyle Pro”).

4. BILLING AND RENEWAL

  • Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  • Your Google Play account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal for the next subscription period.

5. MANAGING OR CANCELING SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
  • Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

6. RESTORE PURCHASES

If available, subscriptions can be restored using the Restore Purchases option within the app or through Google Play.

7. FREE TRIALS (IF OFFERED)

If a free trial is offered:

  • Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
  • Free trials are subject to Google Play’s terms and policies.

8. DATA AND PRIVACY

Eatbyle stores user-generated data locally on the device only.
For more information about how data is handled, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eatbyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

Eatbyle may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
